Public transport couldn’t be more convenient either; KL Sentral station is literally a short stroll away, making it easy to explore the city by train or light rail. The room itself felt more like a home than a hotel—spacious, well-designed, and perfect for families. It came fully equipped with kitchen essentials: rice cooker, microwave, electric stovetop, and more—ideal for preparing meals on-site. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though the air conditioning was a bit strong (easy to adjust). With one queen bed and a sofa bed, it easily accommodated two adults. There’s also a dedicated workspace, and the bathroom boasts strong hot and cold water pressure, along with complimentary toiletries. On the fifth floor, you’ll find two swimming pools—one open-air and one indoor—plus a modern gym and a laundry facility, all conveniently located in one spot. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with staff offering friendly smiles throughout. Overall, our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Kitchenware like cutlery, bowls, cutting boards, glasses, and pots were all provided, so no need to bring anything extra. Cleanliness was impeccable—no dust anywhere, and the housekeeping team was polite and attentive. My only small suggestion? A tissue pack in the room would be a nice touch. Overall, this was an absolutely enjoyable staycation. Perfect for short getaways or medical visits. Highly recommend!

The pool area was also not well-maintained, with visible dirt and grime. Overall, the property didn’t meet basic standards for cleanliness or functionality, and the experience simply wasn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, comfortable stay.
