The hotel is about 50 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport; using Grab is convenient, and if you can’t link your card, cash payment works fine—around 80 MYR plus toll fees, roughly $20 USD. Front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful during both check-in and check-out. I’d seen some reviews mentioning the construction site next to the hotel and the nearby cemetery. The cemetery is just part of the area’s character—actually adds a unique charm to the neighborhood, and it’s fascinating to share its history with friends. As for the construction noise, if you’re sensitive, rooms facing that side might be slightly disruptive. If needed, request a room change to the other wing—it’s worth asking. The neighborhood is lively since it’s only 300 meters from KLCC Park, so nighttime street sounds are expected but manageable. Room cleanliness was excellent—only one small note: the kettle still had a bit of leftover water, but washing it out took seconds. I truly appreciated the glass bottles available near the elevator for refilling via the water filter—great step toward reducing plastic waste. Breakfast offered a wide variety: Western, Malay, and Chinese options—all fresh and well-prepared. I used the gym for one day due to heavy rain trapping me indoors. It has a few treadmills, stationary bikes, an escalator machine, and strength training equipment—compact but functional and comfortable for a good workout. Location is perfect: a short walk to KLCC, with amazing photo ops of the Petronas Towers right outside. About a 45–50 minute walk to Central Market for souvenirs, or head to the National Mosque and National Museum. A 40-minute taxi ride to Batu Caves—go early (around 8 AM) to avoid crowds. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would absolutely choose this hotel again on future visits to KL. Highly recommended—9/10.

The suite itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with everything you’d want: fast and reliable WiFi, smart TV, and a separate living area that adds a real sense of comfort and privacy. The rooftop infinity pool on floor 51 is an absolute highlight—sipping a drink while gazing at the iconic Twin Towers is pure magic. It’s also perfect for photos, no filter needed. Staff are friendly and efficient throughout the stay, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even offer complimentary luggage storage—such a helpful touch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there’s an amazing variety of dining and shopping options nearby. Whether you’re traveling with family or enjoying a romantic getaway, this place hits all the right notes. The value for money is outstanding—I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit KL.
