Since I was just here for one night and everything else was so smooth, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching rooms. Breakfast was decent overall, though the black soy chicken was a bit salty. But honestly, the staff made up for it—always friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. This hotel is perfectly located just steps away from Central Market—literally a 5-minute walk, making it ideal for exploring the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Chinatown. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and great ambiance. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of options including eggs, waffles, coffee, tea, fresh juices, cereal, and local Asian dishes—perfect for starting the day right. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and helpfulness. It’s clear they care about guest experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The stay was really disappointing. The apartment had numerous broken or poorly maintained items—basic fixtures didn’t work properly, and the overall condition felt neglected. There was a strong sewage-like odor throughout the unit, which made it very uncomfortable to be in. The building itself felt dirty, with unclean hallways and shared areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The gym was particularly unpleasant—no air conditioning, so it was sweltering during any workout. Even the kitchen utensils were rusty, which raised hygiene concerns. The pool area was also not well-maintained, with visible dirt and grime. Overall, the property didn’t meet basic standards for cleanliness or functionality, and the experience simply wasn’t worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, comfortable stay.
