Everything was spotlessly clean, and I loved being able to open the windows for fresh air, plus the sliding glass door leading to a private patio added a real touch of charm. Ryan at reception was genuinely warm and helpful, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. There’s a secure parking area at the back, and the motel is just a short walk from RBH Hospital—super convenient if you’re visiting someone. The highlight? Waking up to adorable parrots 🦜 hopping onto our patio, chirping and greeting us like old friends. It felt magical, like a little piece of nature tucked right into the city. With such a welcoming atmosphere, top-notch cleanliness, and unforgettable moments, this place truly deserves its perfect score. I’ll definitely be back.

While we didn’t test the TV, Wi-Fi was mostly reliable, though some websites didn’t load properly, requiring a VPN to access them. One minor inconvenience: the bedside power outlet isn’t accessible due to the furniture placement, so the nightstand is pushed right against the wall—had to use an extension cord to charge my phone. Also, no bowls were provided, so we ended up eating out of cups and picked up disposable ones at Woolworths later. The shower floor has a slight slope, causing water to pool in one corner—but easily managed by nudging it down with your foot. No shampoo or toiletries included, which is expected at this price point. Despite these small quirks, nothing was deal-breaking.
