The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained. While breakfast isn’t included, the team kindly recommended Alex’s, a local favorite just a short stroll away—perfect for our needs. As a first-time visitor to Berlin, I can confidently say this hotel makes an ideal base. Great location, friendly service, and excellent value—highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with ease.
