We were thoroughly impressed with our stay! The rooms are spacious and perfect for four guests, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The indoor pool is a real highlight—well-maintained and relaxing, definitely a standout feature. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Tierpark Hagenbeck U-Bahn station, making travel around Hamburg super convenient. Plus, free outdoor parking on-site means no need to pay for underground garage spots—huge plus for drivers. One hiccup: during check-in, we discovered that only one of our two booked rooms was available. It turned out there was a system glitch between the booking platform and the hotel’s reservation system. We were understandably concerned, but the hotel went above and beyond by securing us another room even though the property was fully booked. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, this place offers exceptional value, comfort, and service—definitely a top choice for future visits.
Leonardo Hamburg Airport Hotel
Located just minutes from the airport, this hotel is a perfect choice for travelers needing convenience and a quiet stay. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly staff making us feel at home right away. Parking in the underground garage was hassle-free, and the elevator made it easy to reach our room on the upper floors. Upon entering, we noticed the room was quite warm—apparently the heating was turned up full blast, which isn’t very eco-friendly. We quickly turned it off and opened the windows for fresh air. Despite being near the airport, the room remained incredibly quiet—even with the windows open! After about half an hour, the front desk called to check if everything was alright, which showed genuine care and attention. The mattresses were a bit soft for our taste, but since it was just one night, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we chose Leonardo Hamburg Airport Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the convenience of leaving our car there during our trip. Highly recommend for short stays or layovers.
Hotel Zum Zeppelin Hamburg
We've stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it just keeps getting better. The value for money is outstanding—clean rooms, most recently renovated with a modern touch, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the restaurant food is consistently excellent. But what truly stands out is the staff—especially Frau Fischer, whose warm and welcoming attitude makes you feel like you're visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Just a short walk from the bus stop, you can easily reach Niendorfer Markt, and from there, take the U2 line all the way to Jungfernstieg. Everything is so accessible, making it perfect for exploring Hamburg. With such great comfort, convenience, and hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Kocks Hotel Garni was an absolute breeze—just a short distance from Hamburg Airport, and the complimentary shuttle service made everything so convenient. Whether arriving late at night or heading out early in the morning, the shuttle was always on time and hassle-free. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. It’s perfect for travelers who value convenience and comfort without the high price tag. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Hamburg.

Staying at Hotel Helgoland in Hamburg was an absolute delight. The property has a wonderful vintage charm with a clean and well-maintained atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. The room design is elegant and unique, offering a cozy, timeless vibe. One small note: there’s no body lotion provided in the bathroom, so I’d recommend bringing your own if you’re particular about it. Other than that, everything was perfect—the location is convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent choice for a memorable stay in Hamburg.

We booked apartment C in Eppendorf without realizing it wasn’t listed on the website. Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed—the actual unit looked nothing like the photos and descriptions shown for apartments A and B. To make matters worse, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all. After raising a complaint, cleaning was done the next day, but no refund or discount was offered for the first night spent in an uncleaned room. With limited time and no alternative accommodations available for two adults and a 2-year-old child, we had no choice but to stay. While we understand things happen, it’s frustrating when basic information isn’t transparent upfront. Hopefully, the platform can improve listing accuracy to prevent future guests from facing the same situation.

The room was spotlessly clean and perfect for someone with allergies—no sneezing or irritation at all. It was so quiet that I fell asleep instantly and slept through the night without any disturbances. The comfort level was excellent, and I truly felt refreshed in the morning. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the thoughtful attention to detail. Location is great for exploring Hamburg, and public transport access is convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
