Staying at Appartello Smarttime Living Hamburg was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, modern, and well-designed with practical amenities—perfect for both short stays and longer visits. The bathroom stood out with its clean, stylish layout and high-quality fixtures. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options, though the location is less ideal—it's in an industrial area, which means limited nearby attractions. Unfortunately, we faced some challenges with public transport due to S-Bahn repairs. Waiting times for trains were long, and replacement buses arrived with significant delays. If you're planning to visit, allow extra time for travel, especially if relying on public transit. Despite this, the hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and value make it a solid choice, particularly for travelers prioritizing a quiet, well-equipped apartment-style stay near Hamburg’s city center.

As always, a delightful stay! From the very first smile to the last, every moment felt relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere at Hood House is truly special—warm, friendly, and effortlessly comfortable. I loved how easy it was to get around Hamburg by public transit, just a short ride from the hotel to the city center. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly designed for restful sleep. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a genuine smile. It’s clear they care about guest experience. If you're looking for a peaceful yet central base in Hamburg with authentic charm and excellent service, this place is a must-try.
Park Hotel Hamburg Arena
I've stayed at this hotel three out of four times during my visits to Hamburg, and I'd definitely come back again. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff throughout our stay. It's clear they care about guest experience, and that makes all the difference. I'm already planning my next trip here for November 2025—highly recommend!
Hotel Zum Zeppelin Hamburg
We've stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it just keeps getting better. The value for money is outstanding—clean rooms, most recently renovated with a modern touch, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the restaurant food is consistently excellent. But what truly stands out is the staff—especially Frau Fischer, whose warm and welcoming attitude makes you feel like you're visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. Just a short walk from the bus stop, you can easily reach Niendorfer Markt, and from there, take the U2 line all the way to Jungfernstieg. Everything is so accessible, making it perfect for exploring Hamburg. With such great comfort, convenience, and hospitality, we’ll definitely be back.
