Staying at Hotel Louis C. Jacob was an absolute delight! Located right on the Elbe River, the room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out—no cramped feeling at all. My room, #157, wasn’t the largest, and it didn’t have a bathtub, but the view of the river was worth every penny. Unlike typical city views, this one offered a serene, natural outlook that made the stay truly special. The holiday spirit during Christmas was simply magical—the decorations inside and outside the windows were beautifully detailed and incredibly cozy, filling the entire hotel with warmth and festive joy. Staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional—any request was handled promptly and efficiently. Toiletries were available upon request at the front desk, making the process seamless. From the thoughtful design to the impeccable service and the enchanting seasonal ambiance, every detail was perfect. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back.
