However, the breakfast options were extremely limited, and once I had used them on the first day, I couldn’t cancel or adjust anything afterward. The so-called 'breakfast' didn’t even deserve the name—taste was poor and overall disappointing. I had pre-booked parking, but upon arrival, I was unable to use it and ended up paying extra for a spot. I submitted a complaint regarding this issue, but after four working days, I’ve received no response—not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Communication from the team is seriously lacking. Despite the expense being my employer’s rather than mine, I still feel frustrated and disappointed. Honestly, I can’t recommend this property to others.

Parking spots are readily available nearby, which is a big plus. Overall, the hotel offers great value, charm, and comfort in a central Hamburg setting. Definitely recommend for travelers who appreciate a quiet, authentic atmosphere with easy access to city highlights.
