My stay at NYX Hotel Hamburg by Leonardo Hotels was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is brand-new, modern, and impeccably clean—right from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, well-designed, and had everything we needed: a cozy bed, excellent lighting, and great soundproofing so we could sleep peacefully. The location is fantastic—just a short walk or quick subway ride to the city center, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The only minor downside is the limited parking availability, so if you're driving, it’s best to book in advance. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, top-notch service, and a truly memorable experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg.

Stayed for five nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a family of three, we were given a triple room where our child had their own little bed—so much fun and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent every day: fresh fruit, local pastries, and a great variety to choose from. We booked through the platform, and the front desk confirmed that city tax was already included, so no extra charges at all—great value for money. The room was cleaned daily, the kettle was handy for tea or coffee, and towels were promptly replaced. What really stood out was our room’s amazing view—directly overlooking the Elbphilharmonie and the giant Ferris wheel. At night, the lights made it absolutely magical. Location-wise, it’s perfect: right on the S-line between my husband’s office and the city center, making commuting super easy. Right outside is a lovely park with excellent greenery and wildlife—perfect for morning walks. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Hamburg. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had pre-booked parking, but upon arrival, I was unable to use it and ended up paying extra for a spot. I submitted a complaint regarding this issue, but after four working days, I’ve received no response—not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Communication from the team is seriously lacking. Despite the expense being my employer’s rather than mine, I still feel frustrated and disappointed. Honestly, I can’t recommend this property to others.
