Our stay at Grand Sierra Pines Baguio was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—quiet yet close enough to explore the charming city of Baguio with ease. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. What stood out most was the genuine care from the staff—they went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return trip. If you're looking for a serene getaway with top-notch comfort, this hotel is a must-try.

Everything about this stay was exceptional! The breakfast was delicious and the halo-halo was absolutely outstanding—hands down the best I've ever had. Jessa at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire team made us feel welcome from day one. Nurse Jay-Ar stood out—very professional and attentive. He carefully checked our blood pressure, even rechecked after identifying elevated readings in our group of seniors, and kindly offered me paracetamol for my headache. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. The coffee shop staff were consistently attentive and efficient, while the concierge and maintenance team went above and beyond to assist with every request. The only minor note: Baguio isn’t as cool as it used to be decades ago, so we’d highly recommend upgrading room air conditioning for greater comfort, especially during warmer periods. Despite that, our experience was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend Le Monet Hotel to anyone visiting—excellent service, warm hospitality, and a truly memorable stay.

This stay at Prestige Vacation Apartments - Bonbel Condominium was absolutely outstanding—easily the best hotel experience I've had so far on this trip. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore Baguio City and nearby attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen essentials—great for saving money on meals. The air conditioning works like a charm, and the view from the higher floor is stunning, with lush green hills stretching into the distance. Staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I’d definitely come back here if I ever return to Baguio—highly recommend!

Our stay at Baguio Vacation House was far from satisfactory despite seeing it advertised as a pet-friendly option in Baguio City. While the view from the veranda is undeniably scenic, the lack of secure barriers—just basic pot holders that can be easily moved by guests—posed a safety risk. The location is easy to find, situated on the second floor of TG Home Builders Building, but several issues overshadowed this convenience. The listing claimed pet-friendliness, yet we were charged 350 PHP per pet upon arrival—a surprise not mentioned in any ad. A 500 PHP refundable deposit was also required, plus full payment at check-in, none of which were disclosed upfront. Parking was a major headache: only three spots available, located right next to a garbage area, with vehicles parked bumper-to-bumper. If your car was at the back, staff repeatedly asked those in front to move, disrupting our plans to leave the car and use taxis for city tours. We ended up parking by the roadside since the nearby Total Gas Station parking was full too. No security personnel were seen during our entire stay, which felt unsafe. Breakfast wasn’t provided, and there was no bar or lounge area. The front desk staff were rude and struggled to handle payments correctly. The stairs are steep and dangerous—watching an elderly woman fall confirmed the broken aluminum railing is a real hazard. The entrance mat is also unstable and could cause trips. The bedding—especially the blanket—had a strange, unpleasant smell. We were kept awake until 1 a.m. due to loud footsteps and slamming doors late at night. To top it off, tissues and soap were not complimentary. Overall, the experience fell short in every aspect: transparency, comfort, safety, and hospitality. Despite the mountain view, the hidden fees, poor management, and lack of basic amenities make this a hard recommendation. Not suitable for travelers seeking a relaxed, reliable stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem for the price! Located just a short ride from downtown Baguio, it's super convenient and easy to get around. The lobby is stylish and welcoming—immediately sets a relaxing vibe. Breakfast is a real highlight: only 100 pesos, but you get a full plated meal with great variety and generous portions. My kids absolutely loved the indoor playground—hours of fun without ever needing to step outside. Clean, friendly staff, and such a great value overall. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to any family or solo traveler looking for comfort and affordability in Baguio.

My stay at Hotel Elizabeth - Baguio was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality—always smiling, ready to help, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring the city. It’s conveniently located near great dining spots and local attractions, yet remains peaceful and quiet in the evenings. I especially loved the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and full of variety. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. This is definitely a hotel I’d return to and recommend to anyone visiting Baguio.

The service here was absolutely outstanding — staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every request was handled quickly and with genuine care, which truly made a difference. One highlight was the surprise birthday celebration they arranged for my mom; it was such a thoughtful touch that added a special warmth to our family trip. The only minor letdown was the massage therapist assigned to her — she seemed distracted at times, frequently checking her phone, which affected the quality of the treatment. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise flawless experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, quiet, and well-located for exploring Baguio. Everything from the room comfort to the breakfast spread exceeded expectations. We left feeling refreshed and deeply satisfied — definitely coming back.

Nestled in a quiet part of the city, it's perfectly located for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying the cool mountain breeze. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with rustic charm, offering comfort and tranquility. I especially loved the peaceful ambiance and the attention to detail—everything from the soft bedding to the thoughtful touches in the decor made my stay memorable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money is excellent. I’d highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Baguio.

Staying at Lafaayette Luxury Suites Baguio was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a luxurious ambiance—spacious rooms, elegant decor, and top-notch amenities that made me feel like I was in a five-star retreat. The location is perfect: quiet yet close to everything, with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. I left a small gift at the front desk for a friend, and I’m so glad it was delivered safely and on time—such thoughtful service! Every detail here reflects care and attention. This place truly delivers on comfort, style, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a premium getaway in Baguio.

Staying at Guesthaven in Baguio for six nights was nothing short of extraordinary—especially coming from a very discerning traveler who’s visited over a dozen countries. The moment we arrived, drenched in heavy rain and struggling with our luggage, two young staff members appeared out of nowhere to help carry our bags. How did they know we were coming? That’s just the kind of attentive hospitality that defines this place. Our host, Ms. Ven, welcomed us like royalty throughout the entire stay. With only four beautifully designed rooms, the team dedicates their full attention to each guest, which explains why the service quality remains consistently exceptional. Every corner of the house is thoughtfully decorated—so much so that I spent nearly half an hour taking photos nonstop (yes, really!). We stayed in the Beth room, the largest on the main floor, featuring high ceilings, a king-sized canopy bed, a walk-in closet, and a window facing the garden. Across the hall was the Alpeh room, a queen-size space. Downstairs, two more guest rooms share a bathroom—perfect if you're traveling with friends, as you can have the entire lower level to yourselves. With a typhoon warning, we stayed in and enjoyed the cozy common area. Sipping local coffee with their famous cinnamon roll, lounging in comfort, feeling like kings and queens—thanks to the whole crew. They even took our laundry, hand-washed and folded it perfectly, returning it the next day. When we said we didn’t feel like going out for dinner due to the weather, they surprised us with a full three-course fine-dining meal served in the living area. It looked like something from a restaurant! Each morning, we woke up to an exquisite breakfast—so beautiful it almost felt wrong to eat. Fresh coffee was always ready, and every cup came with low-fat milk, even though I only mentioned it once. They remembered my preference without me having to repeat it. We spent hours in the common area working or enjoying afternoon tea, lulled by soft music from a vintage boombox and the warm scent of cinnamon drifting through the air. One small note: the shower water was lukewarm—something typical of Baguio’s climate—but we appreciated the extension cord they provided when we asked for more charging outlets. The only downside? A neighbor’s dog barking occasionally. Nothing the team could do about it, but honestly, it barely affected our experience. From start to finish, Guesthaven exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a truly memorable, personal, and heartfelt stay in Baguio, this is it. Thank you, Ms. Ven, Gino, and your amazing team—for making us feel so special.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Golden Pine Hotel in Baguio! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from downtown and surrounded by great dining options and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast—it was far more generous than expected, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling. It’s clear they care about guest experience. This place offers incredible value for money, and we’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Baguio Burnham Suites was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just across from Burnham Park, making it super convenient for morning walks or evening strolls. The back of the hotel faces Legarda Street, and there's ample parking available if you're driving. The breakfast is a highlight—well-prepared with a good variety of local and continental options, served fresh daily. The room itself is spacious and comfortably furnished, with excellent air conditioning that really makes a difference during the hot summer days. Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, this hotel offers great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Baguio.
