I first discovered this gem on Xiaohongshu and ended up booking through the platform for a 3-night stay—so glad I did! The Heritage Wing Suite offered incredible perks: three restaurants—Palm Court (Heritage Wing), Planters Lounge, and Sarkies—perfectly matched to my breakfast needs over three days. I also enjoyed unlimited access to both the Victory Wing and Heritage Wing infinity pools. Afternoon tea was complimentary from 12–6 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 6–7 PM—such a lovely touch. The in-room mini-fridge was fully stocked with 10 free drinks daily, plus one bottle of wine. Housekeeping came twice daily—morning and afternoon—for a consistently clean space. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it disappeared within a few days. With so many stunning photo spots—definitely more than 20—I couldn’t stop taking pictures. This hotel is a true visual delight and an absolute highlight of my trip.

We arrived early in the morning and were surprised to be checked in by 11 AM! Plus, the two resident cats are adorable—they wander the halls like true hotel celebrities. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—just steps from a Michelin-recognized Peranakan restaurant, though we missed trying it because there was a wedding happening when we passed by. A little noise from passing cars occasionally made its way in, but it never disturbed sleep. Overall, this place is more than just a stay—it’s an experience.
