The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. One major plus: there’s on-site parking right at the entrance, which is super convenient for those driving. However, if you're arriving by car, don’t just type in the hotel name directly into your GPS—doing so will lead you down a narrow alleyway that’s tricky to navigate. Instead, aim for the hotel entrance from Zhangzhidong Avenue to avoid confusion. Also worth noting: not all rooms have river views. I booked a non-riverside room on my first day, but after upgrading and requesting a riverside view for my second night, the view was absolutely worth it. So definitely specify ‘riverside view’ when booking. Overall, the hotel delivers excellent value with its location, service, and comfort—highly recommend for travelers visiting Wuhan.

We stayed here over the weekend with friends for a New Year’s Eve trip to Jingzhou Fantawild, and it was an excellent choice. After dinner on Jianghan Road, I asked the front desk how to get to Jingzhou most conveniently—our friendly staff recommended taking the high-speed train from Hankou Station, which only takes about 30 minutes, and mentioned that morning trains (like the 7:00 AM departure) still had available seats. The room had decent soundproofing—despite late-night arrivals from neighboring guests, we weren’t disturbed at all. As a transit stop for our trip, the location is truly unbeatable. We even left some luggage behind temporarily and felt completely at ease. Any needs? Just let the front desk or WeChat customer service know—they’re quick, helpful, and always polite. Quiet, clean, and very well-located. A great stay overall—definitely planning to return.
