The front desk team—He and Lu were calm and professional, while Xiao Zhang and Xiao Feng made me feel right at home with their bright smiles and efficient check-in. Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion.
