New Century Hotel (Wuhan High-speed Railway Station, Happy Valley)

Staying here during the New Year was an absolute highlight of my trip. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk team—He and Lu were calm and professional, while Xiao Zhang and Xiao Feng made me feel right at home with their bright smiles and efficient check-in. Even after a long journey, I felt instantly relaxed. Xiao Luo and Xiao Wang went above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail—always ready with a kind word or helpful suggestion. Our housekeeper, Xiao Tang, brought fresh fruit that tasted sweet and refreshing, and room attendant Miss Tian left behind not just a spotless room but also a little note with honey—a small gesture, but it truly touched my heart. Every interaction felt personal, authentic, and full of care. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was a memorable experience filled with kindness and comfort. If you're visiting Wuhan around the holidays, don’t miss this gem. Exceptional service, great location, and a real sense of home. Will definitely come back.
