Special thanks to Xiao Li at reception—she was incredibly attentive, answering every question with patience and kindness. When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation. Our driver was professional, courteous, and even asked if we needed bottled water—small touches that made a big difference. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). The dining staff were friendly and proactive, helping us order hot meals and guiding us through the menu. Even the housekeeping team left a lasting impression—so kind and considerate when clearing tables. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
