The front desk staff, Zane, was incredibly attentive and kind; he proactively explained the late check-out policy, which helped ease our travel schedule concerns. The room itself was immaculately clean, with excellent soundproofing—perfect for a restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. The overall experience was exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. A hidden gem in Nanshan, Shenzhen, this is definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.

Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
