One major plus: there’s on-site parking right at the entrance, which is super convenient for those driving. However, if you're arriving by car, don’t just type in the hotel name directly into your GPS—doing so will lead you down a narrow alleyway that’s tricky to navigate. Instead, aim for the hotel entrance from Zhangzhidong Avenue to avoid confusion. Also worth noting: not all rooms have river views. I booked a non-riverside room on my first day, but after upgrading and requesting a riverside view for my second night, the view was absolutely worth it. So definitely specify ‘riverside view’ when booking. Overall, the hotel delivers excellent value with its location, service, and comfort—highly recommend for travelers visiting Wuhan.

Stayed for one night on October 19, 2025 — hands down the most delightful surprise of my entire trip to Wuhan. I checked out from my previous hotel around noon and took a bus directly here. To my delight, I was able to check in right away upon arrival—no waiting, no hassle. I entered through the restaurant entrance, where a very friendly staff member warmly guided me to the front desk. Later, I noticed there’s actually another main entrance just ahead that bypasses the dining area—much more convenient if you're arriving with luggage. Because I arrived early, I got incredibly lucky: the front desk agent upgraded me to a 10th-floor room with a stunning view of the Yellow Crane Tower—absolutely worth every penny! At night, when the lights came on, the iconic red tower lit up against the silver silhouette of the surrounding buildings, creating a breathtaking scene right from my window. No need to go out for perfect photos—just open the curtains and snap away. Even better? The room came equipped with a projector that connected seamlessly to my phone—perfect for streaming videos from Bilibili. I spent the whole day after breakfast lounging in bed, curtains drawn, watching shows until 12:40 PM—pure bliss. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding. A hearty bowl of spicy beef noodle soup with big chunks of tender beef, fresh honeydew melon cut into generous slices, and two standout treats: a soft, fragrant date cake and an enormous, generously filled cream puff bursting with filling. I booked this hotel last minute, and the location was perfect—right next to a lively street food area with a Tea Yan just around the corner. The room lighting was quite dim, which wasn’t ideal for me, but since I was here for a work trip, it still met basic expectations. It’s clean, comfortable enough for a short stay, and the price-to-quality ratio is solid. Not the most stylish place, but practical and convenient. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in town on business.

Campanile Hotel (Wuhan Zhaojiatiao Subway Station Gude Temple)

This Campanile Hotel in Wuhan was the absolute highlight of my trip — a truly unforgettable experience from check-in to check-out. Right next to Zhaojiiao Metro Station, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city; I was just a few minutes away from major attractions like Jianghan Road and Chuhe Hanjie, and local dining options were everywhere. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, even proactively asking if I needed a baby crib (a huge plus with kids), and they handed me a hand-drawn local guide plus weather tips — such thoughtful touches! The room exceeded expectations: spotless cleanliness, no dust on the surfaces, dry bathroom floors, soft and cozy bedding, and blackout curtains paired with a sleep kit made for deep, restful nights. Smart toilet, travel-sized bath bags, multi-functional charging cables, and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge — every detail felt intentional. High-quality toiletries, robes in multiple sizes, and an excellent breakfast spread including fresh-squeezed juice, freshly baked pastries, local specialties, and premium water options like Evian and sparkling water. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The outdoor pool at night was magical, offering stunning views of the city lights — perfect for unwinding after a long day. Well-equipped fitness center and fast laundry service made life easy. Even when checking out, I received a personalized luggage tag as a keepsake, and the team helped arrange a ride, packed souvenirs, and provided zip-lock bags for liquids — small things that showed genuine care. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a place where you feel seen and valued. Exceptional value for money, and I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know. I’ll definitely be back.
