We especially appreciated how the platform stepped in when we had an issue: we were four female travelers who really wanted separate beds for better sleep quality, but another hotel had changed our two single beds into one double bed without notice. The platform quickly and thoughtfully arranged a room change to this hotel—no hassle, no stress. Their responsiveness and care truly stood out.
