The First See Dawn·Rida Apartment is perfectly located near Shenyang Railway Station and just a short walk from the bustling Taibai Street shopping area—super convenient for exploring the city. Everything about the room felt clean and well-maintained: the linens were fresh with no odd smells, and the bathroom was spotless with zero water stains. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows offered ideal support for a restful night’s sleep. I felt completely at ease from the moment I stepped in. Attention to detail truly sets this place apart. It’s a great value for the quality, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Shenyang. Will be back!

The room itself was clean, stylish, and full of unique theme details that added character to the whole experience. Everything about this place felt well thought out and welcoming. The stay was excellent overall. Located within the Wanda Building, it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful—definitely not what you'd expect from a commercial complex. The key-entry system worked smoothly and felt secure. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The only minor downside was the elevator, which is a bit slow and takes time to arrive, but it didn’t ruin the experience. Being close to Shengjing Hospital (Hualiang Branch) makes it super convenient for medical visits or nearby appointments. Public transportation access is also great—just a short walk to the metro. For the price and location, this place offers fantastic value. I’d definitely book again if I’m back in Shenyang.

Excellent value for money and top-notch service. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation.

The neighborhood is packed with great dining options: I tried Hai Yi Ma's sour-spicy seafood (incredible!), Liu Pai Pai’s grilled skewers (so flavorful), and La Jia Dai Ji’s old-school spicy hot pot—each one was top-notch and worth a visit. All these places are within walking distance, which is super convenient. Plus, the apartment is just steps away from the subway entrance, making it easy to explore downtown and surrounding areas. If you're visiting Shenyang for the first time, I’d highly recommend booking more than one night—you really can’t experience everything in just a couple of days. This place has become my go-to whenever I return, and I’ll definitely be back. Perfect blend of comfort, location, and value.

Just got back from my stay and snapped a few photos before tidying up—still, the place looked great even with minor mess. The environment is absolutely peaceful; once you close the windows, it’s quiet as a library. All the surrounding high-rises are shorter than your building, giving you that rare 'top of the world' view. Location-wise, it's super convenient—just wait a few minutes and a parking spot appears. Right downstairs is a large shopping mall with a supermarket, so grocery runs are easy. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby—no need to worry about where to eat. I felt completely relaxed and at home throughout my stay. A truly comfortable and well-located spot. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Shenyang.

Honestly, this stay at Qinghe Homestay was one of the best experiences I've had in Shenyang. The room was spacious, spotless, and completely free of any odd smells—just clean, fresh air. There are so many great restaurants nearby—food options are endless! For the price, the value is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenyang.
