I've stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stood out. The location is excellent—just a short subway ride to the city center, with plenty of dining options nearby and a peaceful atmosphere. What really impressed me was the staff, especially the employee working on the 13th floor—extremely friendly, proactive, and helpful. They went out of their way to print documents for me and answered all my questions with genuine care. The service, cleanliness, and convenience all score top marks.
