Staying at New Paris Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities; the bed was especially comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive—always smiling, offering help without being intrusive, and going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. For convenience, location, comfort, and service quality, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on my next visit to Harbin.

Breakfast was fantastic—hot, varied, and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. The facilities are top-notch: everything you’d need is available, from high-speed Wi-Fi to excellent bathroom amenities. What stood out most was the cleanliness—every corner was spotless, and the air quality felt noticeably fresh. They even have a dedicated banquet hall, perfect for gatherings or events. The staff were incredibly helpful—front desk was friendly and efficient, and they offered luggage storage, which made my trip so much smoother. Located near Harbin Sports Institute and the International Convention and Exhibition Center, it’s super convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Harbin Nangang District Government Atour Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff, especially Qiao Yuan and Jing Qi at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and attentive—greeting me with a warm cup of tea upon check-in made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with clean lines and a calming atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the excellent soundproofing too—no noise from the hallway or street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Located just a short walk from the metro station, it’s super convenient for exploring the city. With its thoughtful touches, great location, and top-notch service, this hotel offers amazing value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Harbin—highly recommended!

Despite being an economy hotel, the room was surprisingly well-equipped with modern amenities, clean linens, and a comfortable bed. What really stood out was the thoughtful service—friendly staff who went the extra mile, and the self-service laundry and drying facilities were a game-changer for longer stays. It’s rare to find such convenience and value in this category. Whether you're a student, a traveler on a budget, or just visiting the city, this hotel offers great comfort and practicality without breaking the bank. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient, and cozy place to stay in Harbin.

The windows are so tall you need to step onto the ledge to open them—fun little challenge! The mattress was a bit soft for our taste, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of options with daily menu changes, so we never felt like we were eating the same thing twice. Considering the price during National Day, this was an unbeatable value. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming—beautiful, warm, and so helpful. They immediately accommodated me with a room upgrade at no extra cost. It felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just checking into a hotel. The hospitality made the early arrival feel effortless and special. Definitely worth every penny, and I’ll be back without hesitation.
