Staying solo here was actually quite comfortable, especially given the location in Gangxia Village. It’s super convenient for commuting—just a quick subway ride to downtown Shenzhen. The value for money is outstanding, especially with the discounted rate. The only downside? The room is on the 7th floor without an elevator, so lugging two suitcases up was a bit of a workout. But considering how central this spot is within the Fudan CBD, it's still a fantastic deal. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—daily water bottles included and free luggage storage made my stay much easier. Definitely coming back if I’m in the area again.

This place is a real gem for a quick city escape. Located right between Gangxia North and Gangxia Central, it's just a 300-meter walk to two MTR stations—super convenient if you're exploring Shenzhen’s core areas. The layout is spacious and stylish, with clean, modern design that feels luxurious without being over-the-top. I especially loved the sofa—it’s perfect for movie nights or just relaxing. The check-in process is self-service, which works well if you like independence (introverts will appreciate this), but might be tricky for more social travelers. The staff responded quickly—even late at night—so kudos there. However, the lighting setup could use improvement: ceiling lights are zone-controlled, but there’s no master switch, and I couldn’t find the balcony light for ages. The projector was a letdown—auto-calibration didn’t work, manual alignment was fiddly, and no one came to help even though I asked. The bed also left something to be desired; as someone who’s 6’0”, the mattress was way too low—my legs barely reached the edge, making it hard to stretch out comfortably. And only two pillows in a double room? That made sharing awkward. Still, overall, this is an excellent value for a short stay in central Shenzhen. Great for couples or small groups looking for a quiet, well-located base with a touch of style. I’d definitely come back—especially for a weekend getaway or a low-key city date.

Staying at CitiGO Huange Hotel near Xiameilin Metro Station was a great experience. Just a short walk from Exit A of Line 9—cross the street and pass through Apark Cultural & Creative Park, and you’re there. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.
