Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. For dinner, I visited MO Bar, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars. While walk-ins are welcome (private booths require booking), I arrived on a Sunday evening and only waited about 20 minutes—lucky timing! For those wanting to avoid queues, arriving after 11 PM seems to be a smarter move. Breakfast at Sān Cān Bazaar on the lobby level offered decent variety, though it could have been more refined given the hotel’s luxury standard. It wasn’t bad—just not quite up to the exceptional level I expected. Finally, the spa experience was relaxing and well-executed, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Overall, this stay delivered on all fronts: location, comfort, service, dining, and ambiance. With a perfect 10/10 rating, it’s clear why this hotel stands out as one of Shenzhen’s finest luxury options.
