From booking to check-in, throughout my stay, and even after checkout, staff kept in touch with warm, personal attention. The front desk attendant who helped me check in gave me a little gift—and guess what? He was still on duty when I checked out! He remembered I needed a ride to fix my phone earlier, and he actually arranged it for me. That kind of follow-through really stands out. My room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable—I seriously considered buying the same set online. Breakfast remains a highlight: I still love their beef noodle soup.
