The dry sauna was spacious, well-ventilated, and completely quiet—no distractions. Even the shower and vanity areas used the same high-end products and appliances as the bedroom—zero compromises. Bonus: the complimentary 30-minute golf session at the practice range. As a complete beginner, I surprised myself with how well I did—fun, engaging, and genuinely memorable. I’d been slightly nervous after reading some negative comments about cold staff, but every interaction was warm, professional, and efficient. Housekeeping responded within minutes of a call—truly next-level responsiveness. Despite being in a quieter season (and even on a weekend), the hotel maintained its premium standards. Rumor has it the previous guest amenities were by Acqua di Parma, so there might’ve been some cost adjustments—but the soul of the place remains intact.
