Less than ten minutes later, she called back to confirm everything was sorted—such speed and genuine care really hit the mark. When I arrived for check-in, the experience just kept getting better. Blueberry not only handled everything quickly but also gave me helpful tips: 'The Wi-Fi password is posted by the bed,' and 'Take the elevator, turn left after exiting.' When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water—this wasn’t just service; it felt like being treated like a friend. And the hotel itself? Flawless. The rooms feel brand new, like they’ve just been unpacked. Spotless cleanliness—so clean I even walked barefoot on the carpet without hesitation. Excellent soundproofing too; I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring doors. Even the hand soap had a refreshing citrus scent—every little detail was thoughtfully done.
