Even better, when I realized I left my phone behind during checkout, the front desk called me immediately to return it. Such thoughtful service really stands out. Clean, convenient, and super reliable. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in Guangzhou. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city on a medical visit or just looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also made use of the rooftop pool and fitness center, which offer stunning city views and a serene atmosphere. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
