Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

While the space isn’t huge, the quality and attention to detail felt far beyond a standard hotel—certainly on par with, if not better than, some older five-star properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were attentive without being intrusive—always ready to help but never overbearing. The minimalist, elegant exterior blends seamlessly into the neighborhood, giving it a quiet, boutique vibe. Location-wise, it’s ideal if you’re relying on public transit—the Changgang Metro Station is just a short walk away, and you’re steps from Haizhu Square and major roads. If you're driving, navigating in and out of the residential area can be tricky, but the hotel does offer parking. I missed breakfast due to oversleeping, but my friend said it was delicious—definitely worth trying next time. Overall, this was one of the most satisfying stays I’ve had in Guangzhou. I’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived on the mountain, every detail was thoughtfully handled—from the driver who welcomed us with a smile, to the restaurant supervisor and service staff who went above and beyond. Even the housekeeping team showed genuine care throughout our stay. One standout moment was seeing Mr. Liu personally leading training sessions or meetings at the parking area; it’s clear his team is well-trained and genuinely passionate about hospitality. And of course, the famous Baiyun Pork Trotters lived up to their reputation—we ordered them multiple times! The peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and authentic local flavors made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized escape with exceptional service.

Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
