After settling in, they surprised me with a complimentary fruit tray. I casually mentioned how nice the tangerines were, and within minutes, they brought out a whole large bowl! It was such a thoughtful touch—completely unexpected but deeply appreciated. This level of personalized service really sets the hotel apart. Every detail feels cared for, and the attention to small gestures makes all the difference. Definitely a 10/10 experience and a place I’d happily return to.

Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the menu was varied and the food tasted great—though I missed trying the dan dan noodles this time (will definitely go back for that!). When checking out, I requested a late checkout, and although they could only accommodate a short extension due to high occupancy, they made every effort to help. Overall, the experience was outstanding—from service to amenities, every detail felt special. This is luxury done right, and I’d happily return again.

The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.

Despite being in the heart of Guangzhou, the surroundings are surprisingly quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal retreat after a long day. The service was warm and welcoming too—especially the complimentary breakfast voucher, which, though not used, felt like a thoughtful gesture that made the stay feel more personal. A truly memorable place with excellent value.

While not huge, the space felt efficient and comfortable for a city stay. The breakfast, prepared by a chef from Sichuan, was surprisingly delicious and authentic—definitely a highlight. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage after check-out, which made my travel plans much more flexible. Free tea and coffee at the front desk are a thoughtful touch, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers visiting the Pazhou Exhibition Center area. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Guangzhou.
