Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. We stayed at Hongguang Hotel during National Day with our family of four, and it was an absolutely excellent experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station with both Line 2 and Line 4 nearby, making it easy to reach places like Jianghan Road in just four stops. We booked the Executive Deluxe Twin Room, and even during peak season, the price was very reasonable—great value for money. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort for our whole family. What stood out was the thoughtful touches: a delivery robot brought our takeout straight to the door, and we received four bottles of water daily, plus fresh toilet seat covers. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From location and cleanliness to service and overall comfort, everything was top-notch.
