Our host, Lele, was incredibly helpful—she warned us about parking issues near the tower and suggested we park at the hotel and walk over (just 10 minutes). Smart move! The rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor is a real highlight—the view of the Yellow Crane Tower is almost identical to what you’d get from the top, so honestly, we didn’t even feel like we needed to buy tickets. A fantastic experience overall, with excellent value and a warm, welcoming vibe. Would definitely return.

Speaking of food, I highly recommend trying Xia’s Hot Pot, especially their Lu’s Shrimp—it’s rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. Don’t miss the Little House Braised Pork Wraps either—they’re crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and perfect as a snack or light meal. And if you’re looking for something refreshing, the Zhen Cha House drinks are a must-try; they’re smooth, aromatic, and just right after a long day of exploring. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, comfort, and convenience. Whether you're here for business or leisure, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The on-site mall offers great dining options, shopping, and entertainment all in one place—perfect for a relaxed stay without needing to go far. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was consistently good. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Teresa at reception was friendly, efficient, and always willing to help—she even assisted with check-in extensions seamlessly. Special mention goes to Mr. Gan, the staff member who kindly guided us through the area when we were initially lost. His warm hospitality made a big difference and truly enhanced our experience. The overall vibe is welcoming, the location unbeatable, and the value for money outstanding. If you're visiting Wuhan with friends or traveling solo, this is definitely a top choice. I’ll absolutely be coming back here next time!

Stayed at TULIP LODJ (Wuhan Jianghan Road Wusheng Road Subway Station) and overall, the room felt decent with modern decor and well-maintained amenities. However, a few issues did affect my comfort during the night. The air conditioning had to be set to maximum heat and fan speed—otherwise, it would automatically switch to cooling mode in the middle of the night, dropping the temperature to around 14°C, which was quite chilly. At 7 AM, I got a sudden robot delivery alert when an order was mistakenly sent to my room. Also, the LED strip behind the bed in my upper-floor room wouldn’t turn off initially—it stayed on all night, making it hard to fall asleep. A technician came later to reset the circuit and fixed it. The elevator is quite small; when checking out, I waited over 15 minutes just to squeeze in, so eventually had to take my luggage down via the emergency staircase. Even though check-out is officially at 2 PM, staff arrived at 1:30 PM knocking on the door to confirm departure, then came back twice more between 1:30 and 2 PM—felt a bit rushed and possibly due to internal communication mix-up. Despite these hiccups, the hotel’s location near Jianghan Road Metro Station makes exploring the city super convenient. It’s still a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, centrally located stay with good value.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and pleasant. One major plus: there’s on-site parking right at the entrance, which is super convenient for those driving. However, if you're arriving by car, don’t just type in the hotel name directly into your GPS—doing so will lead you down a narrow alleyway that’s tricky to navigate. Instead, aim for the hotel entrance from Zhangzhidong Avenue to avoid confusion. Also worth noting: not all rooms have river views. I booked a non-riverside room on my first day, but after upgrading and requesting a riverside view for my second night, the view was absolutely worth it. So definitely specify ‘riverside view’ when booking. Overall, the hotel delivers excellent value with its location, service, and comfort—highly recommend for travelers visiting Wuhan.
