There’s a self-service laundry room on the 4th floor, which is very handy for longer stays—but avoid room 8417, as it faces directly into the laundry area and can get noisy during the day. Rooms with balconies overlook the bustling pedestrian street, so there's some daytime noise, but everything quiets down after 9 PM, making it perfect for a good night’s sleep. Overall, this place offers a wonderful mix of history, comfort, and convenience. I’d definitely come back.

When they found out I booked two different stays through separate platforms, they smoothly handled the check-in process by just re-swiping my card the next day. No hassle, no confusion. One major plus: there’s on-site parking right at the entrance, which is super convenient for those driving. However, if you're arriving by car, don’t just type in the hotel name directly into your GPS—doing so will lead you down a narrow alleyway that’s tricky to navigate. Instead, aim for the hotel entrance from Zhangzhidong Avenue to avoid confusion. Also worth noting: not all rooms have river views. I booked a non-riverside room on my first day, but after upgrading and requesting a riverside view for my second night, the view was absolutely worth it. So definitely specify ‘riverside view’ when booking. Overall, the hotel delivers excellent value with its location, service, and comfort—highly recommend for travelers visiting Wuhan.
