Beijing Qianmen Courtyard Manxin Mansion

The trip was quite long, so I decided to book one night here to rest and truly soak in the local culture. From the moment I arrived, I was treated to a traditional outfit experience and a professional photo shoot—no worries if you're not sure how to pose, the photographer guides you step by step and captures beautiful moments. There was also a hands-on craft workshop and a lovely tea and fruit platter waiting. The staff were incredibly warm, polite, and always ready to help. The room follows the classic courtyard layout, so it’s not huge, but everything you need is there—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a generous buffet with a good variety of options, both sweet and savory. Overall, the day flew by in comfort and charm. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, cultural immersion, and thoughtful service. A truly memorable stay that exceeded expectations.

Beijing Tiananmen Square Manxin Hotel

We booked two rooms at Beijing Tiananmen Square Manxin Hotel—one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th. The 4th-floor room is a bit smaller, but still comfortable and well-maintained. What stood out was the daily complimentary fruit and drinks delivered to our room—such a nice touch that made the stay feel more personal and thoughtful. Breakfast isn’t included in the rate, but we signed up for the membership program, and for four people over two days, the total cost for breakfast came to under 300 RMB—about 50-60 per person per meal, which is much cheaper than the regular 68 RMB per head. When factoring in both room and breakfast, the daily cost per person is just under 700 RMB, which is actually quite reasonable considering the location and service level. The hotel is literally 30 meters from the subway station, making it super easy to get around the city—whether heading to the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, or other major attractions. There’s also a stroller rental service right outside the Forbidden City entrance, perfect for families with young kids. We appreciated how convenient and family-friendly everything was. Overall, this was an excellent experience—the location, staff, and little extras like the snacks really make a difference. Definitely planning to come back if we visit Beijing again.

The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond: friendly, prompt, and genuinely attentive to every request. From check-in to checkout, their warm hospitality made me feel welcome. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious, with plenty of local favorites to choose from. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Step out the door and you’re in the heart of Qianmen’s bustling food scene—great street eats, shops, and souvenirs. Tiananmen Square is just a 5-minute walk away, while Universal Studios is easily reachable via the subway only 300 meters down the road. A mere 6 yuan for a metro ride makes getting around super affordable. With such unbeatable convenience, comfort, and value, this hotel truly delivers more than expected. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing—this is where I’ll come back to next time.

Hao Yang Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square Store)

Staying at Hao Yang Hotel was an absolute delight, especially given its unbeatable location just steps away from Tiananmen Square. The morning flag-raising ceremony is super accessible—just a short walk from the security checkpoint. The room itself was spotless, warm with heating and air conditioning, plus there was a humidifier that made sleeping so comfortable—no dry skin at all. Around the hotel, you'll find endless dining options: hot pot, braised dishes, and even authentic Beijing street food like douzhi. Public transport is convenient too—getting to major attractions is effortless. But what truly stood out was the staff, especially Fangfang at reception. During the New Year holiday rush, she went above and beyond—upgraded our room for free and even gifted us a little souvenir. Her kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. I’d definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.

It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The housekeeping team was incredibly friendly too—always smiling and greeting guests with warmth. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch throughout the stay. I’d definitely come back again. Just one little suggestion: if they could add free bath mats in each room, it would be even more perfect! Golden Oasis Hotel

If you're transferring through Beijing South Railway Station, this hotel is an excellent choice. It's incredibly close—just a 15-minute walk from the station, and even more convenient if you're arriving by subway. I've stayed here multiple times, and every visit has been consistently clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Though it’s been around for years, the property has been thoughtfully updated with modern touches like keycard elevators and robot delivery service—both practical and reassuring. The staff, especially front desk agent Xiao Yang on floor 609, stood out for their genuine warmth and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests without hesitation. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. With its unbeatable location, great cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality, this hotel offers outstanding value. Highly recommended—definitely a place I’d return to.
