What truly stood out was her thoughtful attention to detail. She noticed we were traveling with a young child but didn’t have kids’ slippers, so she kindly asked and promptly brought some—such a small gesture, but incredibly appreciated. Even more impressive, she saw that we needed to keep an eye on the little one and proactively offered to join the two beds together, making it much easier for us to look after the child. No hassle, no delay—just genuine care. Throughout the entire stay, she remained warm, friendly, and smiling, making us feel like family. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and heartfelt service, especially in a busy city hotel. This kind of employee deserves recognition—highly recommend the hotel to acknowledge her amazing effort!

Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
