The front desk staff, Coco, went above and beyond—when she saw we booked two rooms, she kindly arranged them next to each other with a warm, natural demeanor that made the whole process feel personal. Our room was upgraded upon arrival, and it offered a peaceful view of Baiyun Mountain. Best part? With just our room key, we could access the scenic area through a private internal passage—so convenient and unique. On check-in for the second day, I mentioned the issue to Ms. Li Zhihong at the front desk, and she responded with genuine care and efficiency. She immediately upgraded me to a superior executive twin room on the 28th floor (room 2823), which made a huge difference. The room was spotless, bright, and well-maintained—exactly what I needed after a rough start. The housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to assist. Breakfast at the 30th-floor buffet was excellent—wide variety, good quality, and well-organized despite the high turnout. The rooftop fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool are top-notch: clean, spacious, and professionally managed. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations in many ways.
