In a panic, I rushed back, but thanks to the front desk team—especially the gentleman named Liu—they once again delivered my luggage to the station entrance and waited in the cold for 15 minutes. I made it just in time. If I’d missed that train, I’d have had to wait six hours for the next one. That kind of care is rare. The staff are incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful.
