Staying at Luxemon Xinjiang Hongfu Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Water pressure was excellent, so showering was a breeze. I was really impressed with the soundproofing—the room stayed quiet even during late-night activities in the hallway. Special thanks to staff member Yue Jiacai for going the extra mile by arranging a fridge magnet as a little souvenir—such thoughtful touches really make a difference. The service robot delivered items quickly and efficiently, adding a modern, tech-savvy vibe to the stay. Located near People's Park, it’s super convenient for exploring downtown Urumqi via metro. Excellent value, great location, and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to come back soon!

They carried my bags with care, guided me safely through the steps, and made sure everything was smooth from the start. The luggage storage process was super organized, and they clearly communicated the pickup time, which was spot-on. That kind of professionalism and attention to detail shows how well-trained the staff are—truly impressive! And kudos to room attendant Rehmati: the room was immaculate, and she even neatly bundled up my charging cables with ties and left a sweet little note. Plus, mineral water was refilled promptly—no need to ask twice. Every little touch made the stay feel personal and luxurious. The large TV and built-in lounge chair made movie nights absolutely relaxing—perfect for someone who loves unwinding with some screen time. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations for dining and shopping nearby. Check-out was quick and smooth, which is always a plus. Bonus points for the bathtub in the room—nothing beats soaking after a long day exploring the city. Located right next to a major shopping center, everything you need is within walking distance, including the regional museum. With its convenient location, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel is definitely worth recommending. I’ll be coming back.
