Located right in the heart of downtown near People's Square, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city—just a short walk or quick subway ride away. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional; staff guided us to the elevator with a smile, and the elevator itself shot straight up to the 88th-floor lobby—so fast it felt like magic. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and took the time to go over my booked package details with care and clarity. Stepping into the room was like entering a dream: elegant, cozy, and perfectly styled to my taste. The view from the high floor is simply breathtaking—city lights spread out below, especially stunning at night. The room layout is spacious and smartly designed, with a dedicated closet and a large, luxurious bathroom that made every moment feel indulgent. I slept so soundly—the room was incredibly quiet, no noise from outside or neighboring floors. Breakfast was a highlight too: a wide variety of options, fresh and delicious, with the scrambled eggs with chives being my absolute favorite. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled.
