The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times during our visits to the city, and it’s always been our top choice. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. We were able to reach most places within 30 minutes, and walking to Shanhaiguan Road took just a few minutes—ideal for grabbing a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhou for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support throughout our visit. The hotel offers butler service, and the duty manager, Xiao Li, personally recommended some local hidden gem restaurants nearby—truly helpful! Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Wuhan street food and traditional dim sum that tasted delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM, which gave me extra flexibility with my travel plans. Overall, an outstanding experience. Despite being in the heart of Wuhan, the atmosphere inside is serene and quiet—a true escape from the urban buzz. The staff went above and beyond; I’ll never forget how service staff member Xiao Gong noticed us taking photos in the lobby and kindly stepped in to help capture our group shot. He even wished us a happy new year with a warm smile. Such thoughtful gestures make all the difference. The location is unbeatable: just a 7-10 minute walk from Hankou Railway Station. Once you exit the station, head left and you’ll spot the hotel straight ahead—it’s very easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety with plenty of options to choose from. The only minor downside is that the twin room lacks natural light and feels a bit dim during the day, but honestly, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. For the price and convenience, this place offers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.

Just across the street is Dongting Gate of Hankou Riverside, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the Jianghan Customs Museum, historic buildings, and charming old neighborhoods such as Bagong House and Xian'anfang. Don’t miss out on iconic local eateries like De Hua Lou and Cai Lin Ji—great food within walking distance. The room itself isn’t huge, but the open-air balcony offers a fantastic view of the night skyline and a glimpse of the Yangtze River. The bedding and amenities are comfortable and well-maintained. For the location and overall experience, this is definitely one of the best value-for-money boutique hotels in the area.
