I could reach a variety of great local restaurants within just 5 to 10 minutes on foot—perfect for exploring the city without hassle. My room was assigned by Cathy, and I couldn’t be happier. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a calming atmosphere that made my stay even more relaxing. The only minor issue was the pillow—I found it a bit too firm—but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately replaced it with a softer one. This was my first trip to Dalian, and I initially stayed at a nearby luxury hotel, but the room temperature was only around 22°C—way too cold for the weather here. After two uncomfortable nights, I found a vacancy at Hampton by Hilton Dalian Zhongshan and quickly switched over. Before check-in, I mentioned to front desk staff Xiao Song that I really needed a warmer room. She promptly checked the building’s temperature data and upgraded me to a higher floor—perfect move! The actual room temperature hit over 26°C, making it so much more comfortable. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and very quiet. What truly blew me away was the surprise farewell gift from Xiao Yang and Xiao Xu when I checked out—they noticed it was our birthday and gave us thoughtful little presents. That kind of personal touch is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m already planning to return in March and will absolutely stay here again. Excellent value, warm service, and a memorable experience—highly recommend this hotel!
