The 4th-floor self-service laundry room is easy to find and a real bonus, especially if you’re staying longer. Free parking is a major plus—no stress finding a spot nearby. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to offer directions, including to the nearest subway station. The lobby has a unique, modern aesthetic that stands out. One downside? Limited parking spots, but there’s a private lot just next to the hotel, so access is still smooth. Overall, this stay was fantastic—great value, excellent service, and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely come back when I visit Shenzhen again.
