The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. After a long day exploring Hong Kong, we came back and spent another few hours wandering around the neighborhood. Tired? Definitely. Happy? Absolutely. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a subtle, refreshing scent that instantly lifted our mood. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming—she spotted us from afar and smiled, immediately putting us at ease. She patiently explained all the amenities and room details with genuine kindness. The entire property feels well-managed, down to the smallest detail. The bathroom was spacious, the TV massive and crisp, and wow—there were eight bottles of water in the room! We were three people and still had leftovers when we checked out—so generous! We even took a few home, just couldn’t resist. Bonus: the TV has streaming access, so we enjoyed a movie night with zero hassle. Sleep was deep and peaceful—couldn’t have asked for better. On the second day, I casually asked if we could extend checkout time, and without hesitation, the team said yes. That kind of service really stands out. I especially enjoyed the in-house craft beer brand, 'Beijing Robot,' available at the lobby bar—unique, well-crafted, and a real highlight. For a boutique-style hotel with such strong value and character, this place really delivers. Definitely worth a return visit.

Just a short walk away is a Hema store, perfect for grabbing groceries or essentials. One thing I really appreciated was the room service delivery—when I ordered the Guangdong-exclusive version of Bawang Cha Ji through the hotel’s system, the delivery rider brought it straight to my door. It felt like a little taste of local culture, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.
