Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and Abby, our front desk staff, went above and beyond with her warm, friendly service—always ready to help with any questions or requests. I stayed on the 13th floor, and the view was breathtaking: wide-open sea vistas mixed with the city skyline, especially stunning at sunrise. The room itself was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean—no lingering odors whatsoever. The bedding felt luxurious and soft, and I slept like a baby thanks to excellent soundproofing that kept out all outside noise. Every amenity was well-maintained, and attention to hygiene details was impressive—from the quality of toiletries to the spotless bathrooms. Our trip across China ended in Hainan, and we chose the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sanya Bay as our final stop—what a perfect choice. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from the Ramada to a family suite, and we’re especially grateful to our dedicated concierge, Joan Chen, whose warm care and thoughtful attention made our stay even more memorable. The hotel truly reflects the brand’s signature elegance. The room view is stunning—same breathtaking sea and pool vistas as the standard rooms—but our upgraded suite featured a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view of the pool below. The family room itself was impressively large, spotlessly clean with no overlooked corners. With two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer, it was incredibly convenient for a multi-generational family visit. Staff service stood out across the board—everyone, from housekeeping to gardeners, was courteous and professional. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both extensive and high-quality, offering a wide variety of dishes that would take days to fully explore. Public restrooms were immaculately maintained. One highlight: the lifeguard at the pool noticed our young kids and immediately offered free swim rings—such a sweet gesture. The outdoor buffet area was lively with live acoustic music, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. A few suggestions for improvement: afternoon tea desserts were identical to breakfast pastries—consider rotating the selection to avoid feeling like leftover items. Also, airport shuttle service had gaps (e.g., after 5 PM), likely due to driver rest periods—adding a second driver on rotation could ensure coverage throughout the day. Lastly, while the outdoor hot tub on the balcony was lovely, there was no privacy screening, so guests had to use it while wearing swimwear, which slightly reduced the experience. Despite these minor points, this hotel delivers a truly welcoming, relaxing stay. We felt at home every single day. If we ever return to Sanya, we’ll definitely choose Ramada Plaza again—thank you, Joan, for making us feel special.

Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa

This business trip brought me to Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa, and I’m genuinely impressed. I connected with our dedicated concierge, Xiao Yang, via WeChat before arrival—such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for an exceptional stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality. Breakfast was solid—nothing fancy, but satisfying and well-balanced. What truly stands out? Four distinct pools, including a heated one and a dedicated adult pool—perfect for relaxation or a refreshing swim. Plus, the private underground passage leading directly to the beach is a game-changer; no need to walk in the sun or through crowded areas. Elevators are conveniently placed throughout, making access easy for elderly guests and kids alike. This hotel exceeds expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be back.

Timton Fuhe Hotel

The location is absolutely fantastic—super convenient for getting around, with easy access to attractions and a peaceful, scenic neighborhood. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers comfort and convenience in one. I especially want to thank Front Desk Manager Xiao Wang for the excellent room assignment and warm hospitality—it felt like being welcomed into a home away from home. I stayed here as a transit stop, but was pleasantly surprised by how close it is to Yemeng Long Beach, perfect for catching the sunset at the ideal viewing spot. Plus, there’s live acoustic music on weekends—such a nice touch that adds charm to the evening. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya.

Howard Johnson Resort Sanya Bay

Staying in the honeymoon suite on the 7th floor was such a delightful surprise—corner room with multiple windows and a spacious balcony that flooded the space with natural light. The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a private retreat. The housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and friendly, greeting us with a smile the moment we walked in. Even though the resort is large and bustling, the team stayed organized and attentive, always going the extra mile. They offered to carry our luggage up to the room and even helped with packing and bringing bags down at check-out—way more thoughtful than what I’ve experienced at some other luxury hotels. A small tip is definitely deserved for such service. The barbecue and hot pot buffets were outstanding—plenty of fresh ingredients, and the lamb skewers were especially delicious. I ended up eating so much I could barely move! The breakfast was next level too—huge dining area, endless variety, and one of the most impressive hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had on this trip. The landscaping is beautiful, and the resort feels expansive and peaceful. Right outside the front door is the Menguang Longlou walkway, where you can stroll along the beachfront. While the waters of Sanya Bay aren’t as crystal clear as those in Yalong Bay, it’s still lovely for a relaxed walk, watching locals enjoy the seaside vibe. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. A top-tier experience with excellent value.

Sanya Conifer Resort

Our little star, Baby Bear, absolutely fell in love with Sanya the moment we arrived! As a Black Diamond Partner, I can confidently say the resort’s scenery is absolutely breathtaking—endless blue sky meeting endless sea, truly unmatched. I’ve been here before three years ago and still remember the stunning infinity pool on the rooftop with its panoramic ocean view. This time around, as soon as we checked in, we headed straight up to the rooftop pool—just like old times. The view? Pure magic. It’s exactly what you imagine when you think of 'living by the sea.' Our entire stay was taken care of by Zoe, who was attentive, warm, and always ready to help. But it wasn’t just her—every department we interacted with, from housekeeping and front desk to concierge, pool staff, photography team, and even maintenance (if I missed anyone, my apologies!), made us feel genuinely welcomed and cherished. And then there’s the food—especially the local Hou’an noodles. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked—this dish deserves to be a signature on the menu. From the views to the service to the food, everything exceeded expectations. A perfect blend of comfort, charm, and authenticity. We’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Ocean Sonic Resort Sanya was an absolute highlight of my trip to Sanya. The Southeast Asian-inspired design stands out—simple yet elegant, with warm wooden details that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The room layout is spacious and well-thought-out, and the lush interior gardens add a peaceful touch. Just steps away from the road, you're right on the beachfront along Sanya Bay Road—perfect for morning walks or sunset views. The staff are genuinely attentive and proactive in their service, especially Xiao Li, the concierge who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From helpful recommendations to personal touches, she truly made a difference. There are plenty of amenities on-site, and getting around is super convenient. For the quality, location, and value, this is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Sanya—highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Staying at Jinghai Hotel & Resort in Sanya was an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort has a spacious and elegant atmosphere with excellent landscaping—lots of greenery that makes you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The large swimming pool is clean and inviting, and being so close to the beach is a major plus—just a short walk from the sand, perfect for sunrise swims or sunset strolls. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff were consistently professional and attentive. The front desk team was friendly and patient, especially when helping with check-in extensions. But the real highlight was our concierge, Xiao Cheng—so thoughtful and proactive! She anticipated needs before we even mentioned them: recommended local dining spots, reminded us about the weather change, and even helped book dinner reservations. Her care and attention truly made the stay special. I’d definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends. For comfort, service, and value, it’s hard to beat.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the extended check-out time until 2 PM, which gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the beach. The hotel is immaculately clean, with breathtaking ocean views from every window—just pure serenity. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone. From the warm hospitality to the stunning seafront setting and overall excellent service, this place exceeded all expectations. I stumbled upon this hidden gem near the airport completely by accident, and it totally blew me away. The photos don’t even do justice to how beautiful the place really is—seriously, it’s a whole vibe. I highly recommend booking a room with a private balcony; waking up to morning sun, enjoying a quiet cup of coffee while soaking in the breeze? Pure bliss. The garden is thoughtfully maintained, with flowers blooming all around—clearly cared for by someone who truly loves their space. The rooms are clean, cozy, and super relaxing, with soft linens that made for a great night's sleep. But what really stood out was the host—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. They went the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. In all my stays in Sanya, this is hands down the most comfortable, peaceful, and memorable experience. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with charm and heart, this place is a must-try.

This might be the best value-for-money stay I've ever had! Located just a stone's throw from the airport, it's incredibly convenient—my ride from the airport was even free thanks to the owner. The room itself is top-notch: everything from the toiletries to the bedding feels premium and thoughtfully chosen. There's a lovely pool right behind the property—though I can't swim, I still loved lounging by the edge with a drink in hand. The staff are warm, helpful, and genuinely go the extra mile. Clean, quiet, and perfectly located for travelers who want comfort without the hassle. If you're planning a trip to Sanya, don't miss this gem—it's absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended!
