I especially appreciated the quiet, peaceful environment—perfect for a restful night's sleep. Located just steps from Lumu Metro Station, getting around Suzhou was super convenient. The staff went above and beyond with their warm and friendly service—they made me feel welcome every time I passed by the front desk. No matter how many questions I had, they were always happy to help. It’s clear the hotel values guest comfort and satisfaction. With such a great location, cleanliness, and hospitality, this place offers incredible value. I’d definitely book again and recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou.
