Arriving from the airport, we took the subway to Gongyuanqian Station—about an hour including transfers—and then followed navigation signs for roughly 15 minutes on foot to reach the hotel. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The standard room is compact at around 12–14 square meters, but perfectly suited for the price point. The air conditioning works really well, hot water heats up quickly, and the shower pressure is solid. One thing worth noting: there’s no door in the shower area—staff confirmed this is intentional design, so we recommend placing a bath mat outside the shower and using towels as a makeshift barrier to avoid slips and water spilling into the room. Service was genuinely thoughtful—we accidentally left our charger behind when heading to Shunde, and the front desk kindly held onto it until we returned. That kind of attention goes a long way. Overall, with its unbeatable location, clean rooms, and budget-friendly rates, this place offers excellent value. Most comparable hotels in the area charge over $300, making this a smart choice for travelers who want convenience without breaking the bank.
