Empire Prestige Tsim Sha Tsui

We booked two rooms—one family suite with a 1.8-meter bed and a 1-meter bed, and one standard room with a 1.8-meter bed. The family room was spacious and very comfortable, while the standard room was a bit compact but still had a nice view of Victoria Harbour. The hotel feels modern and well-maintained, with clean and fresh interiors. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the housekeeping team really stood out—she went above and beyond by bringing us water and even offering a door stopper when she noticed we were moving between rooms frequently. I’d heard some concerns online about how locals in Hong Kong might treat mainland visitors, but honestly, I felt nothing but warmth and hospitality here. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive. It’s always good to remember that respect goes both ways—being mindful of your behaviour makes all the difference. Plus, the afternoon tea was a delightful touch, well-prepared and enjoyable. Overall, this place offers great value for money and is definitely a top choice if you're visiting Tsim Sha Tsui again.

Regal Kowloon Hotel

Staying at Regal Kowloon Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Hong Kong. The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk from Exit P2 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, and within easy reach of Victoria Harbour, the Star Ferry pier, and the famous Nathan Road. Walking to the waterfront takes only about 10 minutes, and hopping on a Star Ferry to Central or Wan Chai is super convenient for exploring Hong Kong Island. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from check-in onward—always smiling, helpful, and quick to assist with any request. Room cleanliness was top-notch; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety with both local favorites like congee and egg tarts, plus Western options like pancakes and fresh fruit. It’s rare to find such quality and value in a city where prices can be steep. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Novotel Century Hong Kong

Staying at Novotel Century Hong Kong was a fantastic experience, especially given how compact Hong Kong is. The room size of 23 square meters is surprisingly generous—plenty of space for comfort and convenience. What really stands out is the unbeatable location: right outside the hotel, you have access to tram stops and bus stations, making it super easy to get around town. For travelers heading to the airport, the A11 bus stop is just across the street, with buses running every 20 minutes—just a 30-minute ride to the airport. Whether you're arriving with heavy luggage or just want a stress-free journey, this convenience is priceless. If you value location, ease of transit, and smart design in a city where space is tight, this hotel delivers on all fronts.

Empire Hotel Kowloon-Tsim Sha Tsui

Stayed at the hotel on January 4, 2026, and was truly impressed by the staff’s warm hospitality. The luggage attendant was incredibly helpful—offering to carry my bags down the steps and even assisting with hailing a taxi. On the evening of January 3rd, the front desk agent also went out of their way to help me carry my luggage up the stairs upon arrival. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what I expect from a quality stay. Location-wise, it’s excellent: just a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui’s main attractions and convenient for public transit. I’ve stayed here before, and I’ll definitely be back. One small suggestion: the entrance steps can be challenging for guests with luggage. Adding a gentle ramp or accessible pathway would make things much easier for both guests and staff, especially since many travelers need to carry bags in and out daily. A simple improvement that could greatly enhance guest experience.

This Christmas staycation was a total delight—my first time booking a top-floor room, and it completely exceeded expectations! The view was stunning, and I was absolutely thrilled to find my favorite panda plushie waiting in the room. Big thanks to Desmond for the thoughtful touch—turns out I’ve been coming to Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees for Christmas getaways for years now! 😂😅. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are attentive without being intrusive, and every detail feels just right. With such a memorable experience, I’m already looking forward to returning for my birthday or Easter next year. This place truly knows how to make you feel special.

Eaton HK (Langham Hospitality Group)

Staying at Eaton HK was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the subway station, and you can even reach the Hong Kong Coliseum for Zhang Xueyou's concert on foot. Right outside the hotel, there’s a convenience store, making daily needs super easy. The room design stands out with its modern yet thoughtful touches, and every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, but the breakfast buffet truly stole the show. So many choices, including authentic local Hong Kong treats, fresh-squeezed juices, and homemade egg tarts that were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, soft and custardy inside. Even on day two, I decided to stay in and enjoy breakfast again because it was just that good. The egg rolls were equally fantastic—freshly made and full of flavor. This hotel delivers incredible value and comfort, making it a top pick for any visit to Hong Kong.

Metropark Hotel Kowloon

Choosing a hotel for this trip to Hong Kong was actually quite a challenge. I’ve stayed in places like Causeway Bay and Tai Po Shan before, but recently had some unpleasant experiences at hotels near Tsim Sha Tsui and Tuen Mun, so I made it clear I wouldn’t go back there. Plus, the rooms in Causeway Bay are just too small for two people—really cramped. After careful consideration, I ended up booking Metropark Hotel Kowloon, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions. Checked in around 11 PM, and surprisingly, there was still a line—proof of how popular this place is! The check-in desk is on the ground floor, accessible via elevator. Staff were friendly and fluent in Mandarin—no communication issues at all. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a room upgrade, but everything else more than made up for it. There are four elevators, no need to swipe your key card—super convenient. Air purifiers are placed every few meters in the hallway, which really helped me avoid any musty smells. The room itself has a slight aged feel, but that’s totally expected—no hotel stays brand new forever. Good news is, the property is undergoing gradual renovations, so things will only get better. Inside the room: mini-fridge, alcohol wipes for sanitizing, and a well-functioning air conditioner with quiet operation and strong cooling. The sink design is a bit awkward—there’s a large protrusion that takes up space, and water splashes easily when washing hands. But the toilet flushes powerfully and completely clears waste. The showerhead delivers an intense water pressure—perfect for a refreshing rinse—and the separate drainage system works flawlessly, with zero pooling. TV offers a wide variety of channels. Breakfast is simple but adequate; next time, I might try a room without breakfast to save money. Transportation-wise, if you’re relying on buses, it’s very convenient. But if you’re using MTR, especially as a first-time visitor, it can be a bit tricky—the station is a fair distance away. The scheduled shuttle bus runs every hour, but timing isn’t always ideal. A taxi from Kowloon Station (Airport Express) costs about HKD 50 and gets you there fast. On-site, you’ve got major supermarkets like Wellcome, ParknShop, and 7-Eleven, plus a small local café for quick bites. Overall, the location, service, and amenities make this a solid choice. If prices remain reasonable, I’d definitely stay here again.

Holiday Inn Golden Mile

Staying at Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Tsim Sha Tsui was an absolute highlight of my trip to Hong Kong. The location is unbeatable—just a 1-minute walk from Exit N5 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, right on the bustling Nathan Road. In minutes, I was at Star Ferry Pier and Victoria Harbour, with easy access to Harbour City and K11. No need to waste time navigating; everything’s within walking distance. The room itself was spacious at 29 sqm, well-designed with smart layout and super comfortable bedding. The pillow menu was a nice touch—perfect for finding your ideal sleep setup. The marble bathroom had all the essentials, plus daily replenishment of free bottled water—such a thoughtful detail. The rooftop pool on floor 19 was a total surprise—swimming with city views was unforgettable, and the fitness center is fully equipped, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was fantastic—great mix of Western and Chinese options, including authentic dim sum and healthy whole grains that catered to all tastes. And kudos to Jayce at reception—he’s friendly, speaks clear Mandarin, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. Any request was handled promptly. Whether traveling for business or family vacation, this hotel fits like a glove. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Hong Kong. The value and overall experience are simply outstanding.

Empire Hotel Hong Kong-Wan Chai

My stay at Empire Hotel Hong Kong – Wan Chai exceeded all my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The lobby is bright and spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they even upgraded us to a better room without any extra charge! The room itself was spacious, well-maintained, and completely free of any unpleasant odors or smoke smells. The bedding felt fresh and comfortable, and I woke up feeling great with no discomfort. Breakfast was a highlight—great mix of Western and Chinese options, satisfying and delicious. I also appreciated being able to store our luggage after check-out, which made our travel day much smoother. Everything about this experience was top-notch, from service to comfort. The Salisbury YMCA of Hong Kong

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the MTR station, making it super convenient for getting around Hong Kong. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable for a good night's sleep. While no toothbrush was provided, the shampoo and shower gel were high quality and left me feeling refreshed. The only small downside was that hand soap was offered instead of liquid hand sanitizer—since I didn’t want to waste it, I didn’t open the bar. Still, this minor detail didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Super happy with the value and would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island was an absolute delight! While the view from the window faces a neighboring building’s glass façade, the location more than makes up for it—just a short walk to Wan Chai MTR station and the China Travel direct bus stop. The hotel sits right in the heart of the holiday magic: just steps away from Lido Street, a festive hotspot perfect for Christmas photo ops. Hop on the tram for a few stops and you’ll be in Central, where you can admire the massive Christmas tree beside the Mandarin Oriental—glow-in-the-dark lights create a dreamy atmosphere that’s picture-perfect. Great for families with kids, the hotel’s stylish design and welcoming vibe make it ideal for a cozy getaway. The Luxe Manor offers a surprisingly spacious feel for Hong Kong standards, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located just steps from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, the hotel is perfectly positioned—walking distance to Nathan Road, Harbour City, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The airport bus stop is right across the street, so getting to the airport is super convenient. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I didn’t book breakfast, but I saw others enjoying it—everything looked fresh, well-presented, and worth the price. In fact, considering how expensive dining out can be in Hong Kong, having breakfast on-site might actually save money while offering better quality. Overall, this place delivers excellent value: great location, top-notch service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a standout choice if you're looking for comfort and convenience in central Hong Kong.
