From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality—the front desk staff were friendly and proactively arranged the best and most comfortable room for me. The hotel offers butler service, and the duty manager, Xiao Li, personally recommended some local hidden gem restaurants nearby—truly helpful! Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Wuhan street food and traditional dim sum that tasted delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM, which gave me extra flexibility with my travel plans. Overall, an outstanding experience. I’ll definitely come back if I ever visit Wuhan again.

The room was spotless, with clean linens and thoughtful amenities. Housekeeping came by daily to tidy up, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful—front desk agents patiently handled luggage storage and even allowed early check-in when available. I even got a warm greeting from a cleaning staff member on the way, which made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and great value—highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Wuhan.
