The latter was incredible—so supportive and cozy, I slept better than I have in months. The staff were incredibly helpful too, offering personalized local tips on where to eat and what to see around the historic area. From arrival to checkout, everything felt seamless and welcoming. Definitely going to recommend this hotel to friends—and I’ll be back for my next visit to Suzhou.
