Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk from Exit C of Huapai Fang Metro Station. I could see the hotel right after stepping out of the subway, which made my arrival super convenient. Since I was part of a tour group to Mount Qigongshan, and we wrapped up at Yipin Tianxia station, it only took about 20 minutes to transfer here—no stress at all. The ground floor has a small convenience store, and there are several dining options nearby, so getting food or snacks is never an issue. The room elevator requires a key card to access, and deliveries are only available for pickup at the lobby. While not as convenient as having food brought to your door, this setup definitely boosts security—something I appreciate. I ordered a grab-and-go chicken dish, and it was surprisingly tasty and satisfying. My double room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was soft but supportive—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had recently: a great mix of pastries, hot dishes, and a delicious spicy dan dan noodle soup. Drinks were especially impressive—milk, coffee, soy milk, apple vinegar, yogurt, and more. What stood out? They offered three types of soy milk: red date, oat, and plain. I didn’t expect such variety, and the red date version was my favorite. Plus, staff happily provided takeout containers if needed—super helpful for groups or guests who prefer eating in their room. One small suggestion: adding disposable toilet seat covers would be a nice touch. Overall, with a price under $250, this place delivers incredible value. I’d definitely stay here again.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel is well-maintained with all facilities in great condition—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was an absolute highlight: a huge variety of both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. I was genuinely impressed by how much thought went into the selection. Location-wise, it can't get better—right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore Chengdu’s top spots like Kuanzhai Alley and Taikoo Li. The laundry service was a game-changer, especially for travelers on the go who want to keep their clothes looking sharp. Every detail felt considerate and well-executed. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and value. Definitely my top choice for future trips to Chengdu.

CHENS Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley People's Park Subway Station)

Staying at CHENS Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley People's Park Subway Station) was an absolute delight. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a mattress that offered the perfect balance of softness and support—just right for a restful night’s sleep. The air conditioning maintained a consistent, comfortable temperature, and the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any street noise throughout the night. The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation, and the hot water came on instantly with strong pressure—perfect for a relaxing shower. Common areas were spotless, and the staff were friendly without being intrusive. It felt like a true retreat—calm, clean, and incredibly peaceful. This place truly delivers on comfort and tranquility. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Chengdu.

Yijia City Hotel (Chengdu Wuhou Temple, Jinli)

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this Yijia City Hotel in Chengdu truly stood out. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—every detail felt fresh and cared for. I especially appreciated the clean face towels provided daily and the smart bathroom with a dry-wet separation, which made my stay so much more comfortable. All the facilities were present and in good working order—no missing essentials. The location is tucked away in a quiet alley, yet it’s super convenient: just a short walk to Wuhou Temple and Jinli Ancient Street, and easy to reach by taxi or public transit. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality at this price point. If you're visiting Chengdu, don’t miss this gem. I’ll definitely be coming back.
